Refund Policy

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled service.

Deposits are non-refundable once work has begun.

If we arrive on-site and cannot complete work due to inaccessible conditions or customer-prevented delays, a service call fee may apply.

Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis for prepaid services not rendered.
